No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting a request through Affloat does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or funding. Loan approval, terms, rates, and conditions are determined solely by individual lending partners and are subject to their underwriting criteria.

Limitation of Liability

Affloat provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made by lending partners or for any loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our service (which is $0, as our service is free to business owners).

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Affloat Capital and is protected by intellectual property laws.
