Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information.
When you submit a funding request through Affloat, we share non-personally identifiable business information with lending partners so they can evaluate your request and make offers. Personal identifying information is only shared with a lender after you accept their offer.

Once you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for monetary or valuable consideration. Note that opting out may limit our ability to connect you with lending partners.
